We’re currently looking for a talented and experienced content creator to join our team for a minimum stay of 2 months.
This is not just a casual volunteer position where you take a few photos or videos from time to time without any strategy or sense of visual. We are genuinely looking for someone creative, skilled and passionate about content creation who can help us elevate the visual identity, strategy and online presence of the hostel while capturing the real atmosphere and community spirit of the place.
Your role will mainly focus on creating high quality photo and video content around:
daily hostel life,
- travelers and community moments,
- surf and yoga activities,
- events, retreats, community and social gatherings,
- sunsets and beach lifestyle,
- behind the scenes moments,
- and the whole Imsouane experience in a creative way 🌞
You’ll create Reels, stories, posts and social media content consistently throughout the week. We’re looking for someone who really understands modern content creation, storytelling, aesthetics, trends and how to create engaging content that performs organically on Instagram and social media. You’ll not have to respond to comments/ messages.
A big part of the role is being able to naturally capture authentic moments and good energy while also bringing your own creative ideas, artistic vision and initiative.
You’ll also help us during community activities and events during the week such as community dinners, themed evenings, beach clean ups, sunset gatherings, games, aperitifs, screenings and social events with guests for instance. Capturing photo and video content during these moments is a very important part of the role

We are specifically looking for someone with REAL and PROVEN experience in photography, videography, editing and social media/content creation.
Experience with travel content, hostels, surf camps, yoga retreats, lifestyle brands or hospitality projects is a huge plus and honestly what we are mainly looking for ✨
