Program Details

Join us for a hands-on experience on a working regenerative farm. You'll become part of everyday farm life, helping with harvesting, maintenance, repairs, carpentry, building projects, cooking, cleaning, and whatever needs doing. The work is varied and practical, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. We value people who are reliable, curious, willing to learn, and not afraid of hard work.

Activities & Shift

Your days will be varied depending on the season, current projects, and what the farm needs. Activities may include harvesting, planting, general farm maintenance, repairs, carpentry, building projects, cleaning, cooking, and other practical farm tasks.

You'll work between 5 - 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, with a schedule agreed upon in advance. Some days may involve physical outdoor work, while others may focus on maintenance, building, or household tasks.

The goal is to contribute to the farm while learning practical skills and experiencing everyday life on a working regenerative farm.

Rules

No smoking on the farm.
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
We are easy-going and flexible, but we expect volunteers to come ready to work, learn, contribute, and be part of the farm community.
Cooking, dinner preparation, washing dishes, and cleaning shared kitchen areas are scheduled co-living responsibilities shared by everyone living at the farm.
These household responsibilities are separate from assigned project work and are additional to your daily volunteer hours.
Follow the agreed cooking and cleaning schedule and leave shared areas clean and ready for the next person.
