My time at the hostel was an amazing experience. The restaurant, kitchen, and hostel staff are all extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed from start to finish. The volunteers room was well equipped and comfortable, and the hostel is beautiful. The work was straight forward and relatively easy for anyone with experience in a restaurant, and the guests were very friendly. I would recommend practicing some basic Portuguese in advanced, as many guests prefer to be served in Portuguese instead of English. Overall, it was a great experience, I learned a lot and made lots of friends!

I had a great time, it was definitely an experience, the people I've met really made my stay very wholesome and will forever remember my stay in a good way. The only thing is that it wasn't that properly organized within the work, I feel I worked more than I was supposed to and other people there had experienced no flexibility within the work schedule.

Working at the hostel was an amazing experience. The tasks are light, the team is super nice and there is a lot of free time to enjoy the beach and explore the region. However, there was mould in the volunteer's room, but hopefully they're going to do something about it. Other than that, everything was great!

Staying at the the hostel and working at the hostel was amazing! Andre is a great host and everything was just as expected. It was my first volunteering experience and everyone was absolutely nice and really helping me with every question I had. The work was easy and the shifts were light and a lot of guests were speaking german which was nice for me. I would definetly recommend this experience!

I had an unforgettable time, especially because there were several volunteers there. The accommodation was very nice, apart from the mold in the room. At the beginning, communication with the manager was a bit difficult, but it got better over time :) The work was quick to learn, but it would have been very helpful if I could have spoken some Portuguese. I especially liked the familial atmosphere in the team and with the other volunteers!
