The daily schedule varies depends on the season. But basically our dal bhat (Nepali meal) around 10:00-10:30 am before that usually after 8 am tea is available. Then the work is from around 11:30 am - 2:30 pm. Then it is free to do what you want. Then at evening the dal bhat is around 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Our nepali bedtime is around 9:00 pm-9:30pm.
Sunday and Thursday are day offs. There is a local Market on Thursday which you can visit to see the local product. You can always explore the villages around at those time or you can visit some tea factory.
