Working with the host was really a lot of fun! I had the opportunity to practice my spanish, experience the real Madrid nightlife and meet many diverse people. the host is very accomodating and even with a language barier communication was never a problem. For anyone applying, beware that the work is always at night, and if youre not a social person or dont like parties id really recommend you dont apply, since this kind of job requires a lot of energy and openmindedness. However, one of my best experiences!

Nataly adapted quickly to the dynamics of the project and always brought good energy to every interview. She is a cheerful and sociable person, learned very fast and was excellent behind the camera. Sometimes she was a little sensitive, but with a couple of shots and a beer the motivation came back strong, haha.
Overall it was a productive collaboration and she always respected the schedule and the volunteer days. I really appreciated her sense of responsibility. Go Czech Republic! 🇨🇿
