I would recommend this host if you aren't afraid of hard work and like an isolated environment! The farm is rural so you spend most of your time there but there's hikes for you to do and I enjoyed baking with all the amazing produce!! It's 45 mins from nice so visits are few but Aurelien makes an effort to show you around (we went to Monaco and menton). hours were respected often being less than 5 depending on the day. Aurelien is very kind and welcoming, super chatty and always up for a conversation, thank you :)

I had a really good time at the farm Mediterranée. I was looking to connect wiht nature and take some time to work on my Master thesis in a more scenic location while learning about organic farming at the same time and this is exactly the experience I had. Aurelien was a nice host and took us on some really beautiful hikes and to a beautiful beach near Nice. He explained how the living accomadations are still a work in progress, but he is currently working to make the space more cozy and private for his volunteers.

I stayed at the Farm for only 10 days and was doing different Kinds of tasks. We cooked every meal and helped wherever we were needed around the house, for example planting and fixing things. Our room was not completely „done“ yet, but it was fine and he also seemed motivated to improve everything!
If you like working outside I would definetely recommend!

My stay at Aureliens farm was a really interesting experience. He is a very talkative and spontanious person, who likes to be flexible in all situations.
Therefore, working on his farm was a mix of all kinds of task ragarding the surroundings. I learned a lot of new things! For example: we fixed an electric fence and planted tomatos! The accomandation was not great, I felt like I did not have a lot of privacy at the place I was sleeping. When we talked to him about it, he seemed eager to improve it though!
But the farm itself is beautiful and his dog is very friendly and playful!

It was my first volunteering experience; Aurelien picked me up at the airport in Nice, showed me the city and took me to his farm, he made me feel welcome from the first minute and everything can be discussed, he is a great person. The work itself isn't the easiest, but it helps you reflect on the value of effort on the farm; if you like this kind of volunteering I recommend it 100%.

Aurelio speaks 4 languages and is a great chatterbox, so you can practice. Tasks: greenhouses, market, walkway cleaning, house management (cleaning and cooking). To improve future experiences, I leave some constructive notes: 1) organization and communication: clearer explanations of activities and better planning of times and spaces. 2) safety: I suggest more general attention (to driving, at home and in the fields), to keep the youths always protected. 3) ecology: I would avoid burning polluting waste near the greenhouses

Aurélien lives alone with his female dog in a beautiful place surrounded by nature. We helped him to accommodate his farm for the next planting, we accompanied him to the market, we cleaned the house, we put things in order in the kitchen, and we prepared all the meals. The weekend we had free, we went to explore San Remo. It was his first experience hosting worldpackers at his home, which is nearing completion. The designation of tasks and the organization of schedules and spaces should be improved; Aurélien was receptive to our suggestions. It's a nice project, I hope we were able to help!

During the stay at Aurélien's house, it was possible to connect with nature; Aurélien lives with his dog Gaia in a place that is very quiet, surrounded by forests and mountains. We were the first worldpacker for him, so we both learned as the days went by. We carried out cleaning, reconditioning, and cooking tasks. There are still things to improve (spaces, organization of the days, distribution of tasks and responsibilities) but Aurélien was receptive to the suggestions raised. I hope he can soon finalize his project inside the farmhouse!
