Program Details

I've been running this project solo for 5 years. I bought and renovated a country house and put the land into production with an olive grove and vegetable garden. The structural part is done. Now my time and energy go entirely into land management and expanding the cultivated area.

The problem is the workload has become too much for one person. Between the garden, the olive grove, equipment maintenance, and daily management, I can't keep up with everything alone in a sustainable way. That's why I'm looking for someone to share the load.

The goal

Expand the vegetable garden area to increase self-production and, if possible, generate a small surplus to sell. Maintain the olive grove to keep it productive and healthy. Overall, make the project more efficient and less demanding for both of us.
Who I'm looking for

Someone who wants a real hands-on rural experience, not a holiday. Someone willing to test themselves and find out if this lifestyle suits them. Someone autonomous, practical, and not afraid of physical work. Someone reliable who sticks to commitments.

Previous experience isn't required. What matters is having the right mindset, willingness to work, and seriousness.

Trial period

We start with a one-month trial. If we're compatible and get along well, we can extend the stay for the whole season or longer. We'll decide together, with no pressure.

What I don't offer

I don't offer a spiritual retreat, a country holiday, or an Instagram-worthy spot. I don't offer entertainment or 24/7 company. Life here is real, sometimes tough, always authentic.

What I do offer

I offer a real opportunity to test rural life seriously, with a clear and transparent agreement. I offer a private space, equipment to work, and the chance to learn by doing. I offer a peer relationsh

Activities & Shift

You will be the second boss, Anyway. We decide together what needs to be done, divide tasks based on priorities, and organize independently. The idea is that each person knows what to do and gets it done without the other having to check.

The daily routine depends on the season and weather. We work outdoors, following the rhythm of the land. There are no fixed hours, but there's work to be done and you need to be flexible.
