Lau, the administrator, is an incredibly sweet and kind person, and I also had the opportunity to share with other volunteers. If you are looking to disconnect and connect with nature, Ícaro is a special place. It is a bit far from everything, so going out can be expensive, but that also taught me to enjoy every animal, plant, person, and corner of the place.

Our time at the camping was very pleasant; their host Oscar and Laura, the person in charge, were very attentive in all aspects of our stay as volunteers. We also connected very well with the place, a site full of nature and comfort, the facilities were super cozy, the meals are very complete and rest breaks were always respected.
