It is a very flexible program. The host doesn't speak much English, so it's preferable to know some Spanish if you come. i was expecting mural painting, but in fact it is a very chill front desk job. i can just read when there is no visitors.

Super friendly and welcoming team, chill and flexible work hours. Mostly reception and chatting with customers. I had 3h shifts in the mornings. Hostel is very nice and got to meet nice people, volunteers sleep in other place tho, different House for volunteers. When I came here I didn't speak spanish, just English and portuguese in some level, my language skills were not A problem, also got to learn some spanish while the people here. The town of Pisac is super sweet and lot of hiking opportunitues around.

After confirming my stay and booking flights to Cusco, the host unfortunately stopped responding. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no communication. This left me in a difficult position where I had to secure emergency housing at the last minute. While the project itself seemed promising, the lack of reliability and communication made the experience stressful and disappointing.

The hostel is in a beautiful place; from the corner you can see the mountains, and it's in the center of Pisac. The work is very calm, the volunteers' room is great, the shared kitchen is also good, and there's a gym at the hostel. The hosts are welcoming and received my criticism very openly and took responsibility to resolve the problem, I recommend it.
