We are a training space that invites you to live a real rural experience. Here you will learn to make cheeses, care for animals, work the vegetable garden, and reflect on ecology, society, and internal processes. We share the house and daily tasks with a single objective: to train new farmers and reconnect with the land.
28 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.
Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.
3 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Producimos quesos de cabra. Ademas de levantar una huerta y producir pasto para los animales. Estamos construyendo una casa y hacemos pequeñas formaciones. Ademas de participar en ferias locales. Hoy estoy solo con mi padre.
La leche se saca todos los días. Es la primera actividad y día por medio hacemos quesos. Alimentar a los animales, hacer cercos, regar, trabajar la huerta. Si aún sobra tiempo podemos avanzar en la casa. Lo ideal sería hacer un turno para la ordeña y la alimentación de los animales.
Todos deben ser responsables del aseo de la casa. Hacemos turnos para cocinar y hay que cuidar de los recursos (agua, electricidad). Siempre comunicar con respeto y recibir las correcciones con humildad.
