My one month at the community was everything I could've hoped for and infinitely more! This was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have asked for a better place for it to be. First of all Viana was such an amazing host, she was so so welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly on both a short and long term time scale. I made such amazing friendships with everyone I met making for one of my hardest goodbyes. The work was a perfect balance, not too exhausting but made you earn a fun afternoon/evening and a delicious meal cooked by the other amazing volunteers. You 100% have to visit!!!!!

The community is a wonderful place to coexist with nature, community, and learn more about how to live off the land. I greatly enjoyed my time there. The hours were set for everyone meaning I could plan my day with confidence. The food was amazing and I'm sure in the summer months even more so. The people wow wow, incredible. Viana was a great host and helped create a great experience of the Italian mountains!

Lizzy, thank you so much for your help with everything and jumping right into everything with eagerness from the moment you arrived - even though the project we were working on was a huge challenge in so many ways! You were still always able to bring positivity and fun to the group and the work every day and I really appreciated that. You were so excited to learn and experience while you were here, I hope the rest of your trip is full of that :)
