I stayed almost 4 months at the the English school and it really felt like home. I was really tired after almost 1 year of travelling and this was the perfect place to rest while still getting to learn a lot about Vietnam. Ms Hang and her family are amazing people, and the students are generally very motivated to learn. I will miss this place🫶

We had a great experience with Hanna and her family. This was our first experience with volunteering and it has been good! We were never left out and we always had someone to ask anything. However, we expected to do more on the volunteering part. Maybe that's a personal thing, but we didn't feel like there was some kind of guideline or curriculum that was being followed when teaching the kids especially. The adults know what they are there for, and teaching them was exactly what we imagined. There were some issues with the room when we arrived, but Hanna managed it well.
