Program Details

Tukula Children’s Foundation invites volunteers to join our mission of empowering vulnerable children in Uganda through education and mentorship. This program focuses on teaching and tutoring in English, math, and creative subjects, while also engaging children in arts, sports, and storytelling to build confidence and joy. Volunteers will serve as mentors, role models, and friends—helping children discover their talents and strengthen their academic foundation.

Beyond the classroom, participants will immerse themselves in Ugandan culture, living with host families or in our volunteer house, sharing meals, traditions, and community life. The program is designed to create meaningful impact: every lesson taught, every game played, and every word of encouragement contributes to shaping brighter futures. Volunteers leave not only with unforgettable experiences but also with the knowledge that their efforts have opened doors of opportunity for children who need it most.
