We are currently renovating our hostel in the center of Durrës and we are looking for a responsible, practical, and detail-oriented volunteer to support us with maintenance and painting work.
This is not a party-hostel position. We are looking for someone mature, reliable, and committed to completing tasks properly.
25 hours of help per week
Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Every day is hands-on, rewarding, and full of teamwork—and a little fun along the way!
Daily Activities:
Assisting with renovation and maintenance tasks around the hostel
Painting, repairing, and assembling furniture or fixtures
Helping with minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work
Organizing tools and materials for projects
Supporting the team to ensure the hostel stays functional and safe
Shifts:
Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with breaks)
Some flexibility may be required depending on the project schedule
