- 10:00-11:00 AM: Visit elders in their homes or community center, chat, and share updates 🌈
- 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Assist with light tasks (e.g., fetching water, chatting, playing games)
- 12:00-1:00 PM: Share a meal or tea together, storytelling, and bonding ❤️
