Program Details
It would be desirable if you have some manual experience and skills. How better your skills are, than more interesting projects you will be able to carry out. However, this is not essential. We have enough tasks and activities that do not require any experience. Physically, you should be able to cope with some hard work or accept that you will be tired afterwards.
Activities & Shift
We are happy to adapt to your daily routine. You are also welcome to adapt to ours. As it often gets very warm around midday in summer, we often work in the morning or only resume work in the afternoon.
Rules
We kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
We are a non-smoking family. You are of course allowed to smoke, but we kindly ask you to do so outside and not in front of our son.
Furthermore, we hardly drink any alcohol. You are welcome to enjoy your after-work beer or other alcoholic beverages, but please do so in moderation.
