Tshega Christian Mission Volunteer Programme

At Tshega Christian Mission (TCM), our volunteers play a vital role in supporting education, community outreach, and children’s programmes. As a volunteer, you can expect to assist teachers in our primary school and Lambshaven Kindergarten, help with classroom activities, mentor and encourage children, and participate in weekly community outreach, including visiting families, sports programmes, and feeding schemes.

In return, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build meaningful relationships, and grow personally and spiritually. Our team provides guidance, training, and care throughout your stay, while you commit to serving with dedication, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

Volunteering with TCM is a chance to make a lasting impact, experience South African culture, and be part of a mission-driven community.
