We are looking for a friendly and responsible volunteer to join our team at Fátima Hostel in La Candelaria, Bogotá. Program Details

Join our social cultural exchange volunteer program at Fátima Hostel! Located in the beautiful La Candelaria neighborhood in central Bogotá. Our volunteers help the hostel team welcome guests from around the world, have fun participating and leading guests in daily planned activities, and assist with operational tasks in exchange for accommodation and breakfast.

Minimum stay: 3–4 weeks preferred.


Activities & Shift

The program requires around 25 hours per week. Three 8-hour shifts and 1 weekly meeting. Shift types rotate so you’ll get to experience every part of our hostel! (Some days you’ll lead activities and some days you’ll hold down the fort at reception.)

Volunteers will have 4 days off per week.

Daily tasks may include:

• Assisting at reception
• Supporting check-ins and check-outs
• Promoting our daily activities and our bar activities
• Sending groupchat messages
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Keeping common areas clean and organized
• Socializing with guests ✨🫶

Shifts are assigned weekly and may vary depending on hostel needs.

We value proactive volunteers who take initiative and communicate clearly with the team.
