Bucket is a global working holiday camp located in Seogwipo, Jeju Island. 14 young people from Korea and around the world come together to live together, run the space, and create local content.

We strive to create a community where diverse cultures mingle. However, basic communication skills are essential for smooth communication with hosts and practical local business experience.

If you're looking to experience "authentic Korean local life" while socializing with global friends, this is the perfect choice.

**activities:**
Regardless of nationality, this shift will be cross-functional, based on your individual preferences. (Based on 16 hours per week)

🅰️ Morning Team (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM): Space Management
Cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, laundry (neatness preferred)
Facility management and guest check-out assistance

🅱️ Afternoon Team (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): Content & Community
Guest check-in and hospitality
Planning and setting the tone for evening parties/gatherings (outgoing personality preferred)
Producing photo/video content capturing camp life

However, work duties may be adjusted depending on camp circumstances.

**rules:**
Working Language: Korean: While we're a global crew, work instructions and meetings are primarily conducted in Korean. Communication is essential.

Cultural Respect (Global Mindset): Friends of various nationalities live together 24/7. An open mind, understanding and respecting cultural differences is essential.

Growth Orientation: We're not a party guesthouse where you just drink every night. We welcome those who strive for personal growth and want to build a healthy community culture.
