Program Details
We are a small, design-forward rural guesthouse in central Portugal. We host short-stay guests and occasional retreats in a calm, intentional environment.
As a Worldpacker, you’ll support guest experience and property care. This includes helping Catarina with room turnovers, preparing common areas, welcoming guests (especially on Sundays, her day off), and occasionally assisting with light evening check-in questions (we use a self-check-in system — no late-night hosting).
Work is structured: Wednesday–Sunday, 9am–2pm, 25 hours per week. Off Monday and Tuesday.
We value reliability, cleanliness, emotional maturity, and initiative. You should be comfortable with physical tasks and interacting warmly but professionally with guests.
In return, you’ll have a private room, shared kitchen access, clear expectations, and a respectful, organized work environment in a peaceful rural setting. This is not a party hostel — it’s a quiet home and hospitality space.
