Program Details

The Help Namwase Sylvia Program is a women empowerment initiative designed to support a widowed mother of eight in Budiope as she rebuilds her life through sustainable skills, stable housing, and long-term independence.

After the loss of her husband, Sylvia was left without a permanent home or reliable income. Through this program, she has been enrolled in tailoring training to gain practical skills for self-reliance. At the same time, she is actively making bricks to build a simple home for her children.

The program focuses on:

•Tailoring and vocational skill development.

•Basic entrepreneurship and income-generation support.

•Educational assistance for her eight children.

•Community mentorship and empowerment.

As the program grows, we shall gradually bring her children on board one by one under different support positions — including education sponsorship, mentorship, skills development, and child welfare support — to ensure each child receives focused and meaningful assistance.

All activities are structured and supervised by Innocent Hope Without Borders Africa in partnership with Mutuukuvu Orphanage Centre, ensuring accountability and sustainable impact.
