Absolutely amazing. Miguel is so kind a generous. My schedule changed so to speak weather and he was very accommodating.
The property it self is also design wonderfully. Enough burners and sinks the kitchen doesn’t clog up, and the beads are these awesome built-ins.

One of my favorite Worldpacker stays. Miguel is amazing, very accommodating and generous (and his English is great which is super helpful cuz my Spanish is terrible.) The work was reasonable. There several supermarkets and beaches within walking distance.
The property itself is awesome. The beds are super sturdy built ins with great lockers accessible from inside the bed. And then there the kitchen wa made for a bunch of people so it was never clogged up.
Highly recommend!

This was the best work exchange I've had so far using Worldpackers. The tasks were simple (keeping common areas and floors clean), lunches varied, and the work hours were fair leaving plenty of time to enjoy Iquique. The hostel is great, the main beach promenade is two blocks away, with surfing, other beach activities, and a calisthenics park nearby. Miguel, the other volunteers and unique guests quickly made it feel like home on the road. As with any real family, there were occasional ups and downs, but the good experiences far outweighed them. I'd definitely recommend this host!

My experience in the hostel was amazing, the hostel is super close to everything and the lunch that the host provided was delicious, very grateful for all the friendships I made at the hostel.
Undoubtedly an experience that I would highly recommend 100% if you want to stay in Iquique for a while :)

An amazing experience, the city of Iquique is very special, for its nature, its people and its culture, and all of it is accompanied by a reception filled with love and good vibes from the hosts. I have had the opportunity to forge friendships and create unique memories, to help the smooth running of an ideal hostel for people who are traveling, and to immerse myself in the day-to-day life of Iquique.
I am eternally grateful for this opportunity, already thinking about when I will return!
