Program Details

We are currently expanding our eco-lodge and building 7 new cabins using bamboo, cococrete, and sustainable construction principles. As part of this exciting next phase, we are looking for a permaculture expert to help us design a master permaculture landscaping plan for the property.

This role is ideal for someone with both strong design knowledge and hands-on experience. You will help create a thoughtful, regenerative plan that integrates with our off-grid, nature-based vision, while also supporting on-site implementation and training our local team in practical permaculture methods.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to:

-Permaculture master planning for the property

-Landscape and planting design aligned with tropical conditions

-Hands-on implementation of systems and planting areas

-Training and knowledge-sharing with our local team

-Helping us create a landscape that is both beautiful, productive, and regenerative

-Our goal is to build a property that reflects the same values as our lodge: sustainability, biodiversity, resilience, and thoughtful design.
