I was on the farm for 23 days and enjoyed every moment, for a start the food was absolutely amazing every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The voluntary work was very enjoyable especially working with the other volunteers. Also getting to eat the fruit/veg you pick during the day makes the meals taste even better! The accommodation and facilities there were excellent and had no issues there at all and the views there were stunning. Meeting Tony and the rest of the volunteers that work on that farm were amazing and they made me feel super welcome as soon as I arrived.

Very good place to slow down and connect with yourself and others! The location is beautiful. The volunteer rooms are away from the main temple area, if it's not quite your thing. Everyone is nice and welcoming - a bunch of characters!

I just spent almost three weeks in the shelter. To all the people that hesitate to go… I can only advice you to go there. For me, it has been an amazing whole ride. The farm is situated in the Australian nature, so you can take Time to discover yourself, the other volonteers and the wild life. (I saw wild kangourous every day) The worktime is fair, it's mostly gardening and you will be in good hands (special thanks to Mana) + The good is amazing, (you have three gigantesc meals with healthy organic products) Well… Thank you for this first amazing volonteering, it was amazing ☀️

I highly recommend this farm !!!!! I had such an incredible week here. I loved every person I met — both volunteers from all over the world and the farm team. They are all so warm and kind. The farm is absolutely beautiful. The work is meaningful and not tiring at all. I would recommend this place to everyone. It will definitely exceed your expectations. I've already started missing everything here :')

I am very grateful to have had this experience. They were very trusting in letting us do our work independently and provided me with filling vegetarian meals throughout my stay. I learned a lot about the Hare Krishna religion from all of the kind people at the farm and felt that this was a fair work - accommodation exchange. Heads up that this experience is way out in the country, so you will be spending most of your free time on the farm! Thank you Tony for making me feel welcomed and for answering my messages so quickly.

I had a nice time at the shelter! The environment here is really peaceful and it felt great to connect with nature and experience farm life out in the bush. The hours here are very fair and the food is good; best suited for people with no food allergies. The farm is pretty isolated so this place is great if you're looking for more of a retreat experience. Before working here I was not familiar with the Hare Krishna community, and this farm is run by one of their temples. I recommend doing your own research before coming, as I felt underprepared for that aspect. Overall I enjoyed my time!
