My time at the school was great! Teaching children could be messy but a lot of fun, and they were always very engaged in the games. I had few working hours and plenty of free time. The school was far from the city centre, but I actually loved the area — it felt welcoming and was mostly surrounded by young families. I was especially grateful for the chance to visit Teffi's hometown, stay with her mom and meet local people. Communication could be difficult at first, and I had to learn the lesson structure and games on the go, but I quickly got used to it. Overall, a very rewarding experience!

I really enjoyed this volunteering experience! Teaching English to the children at the school Center was truly rewarding. The activities are simple, but they are meaningful and important. I usually teach two classes a day. The children and teenagers are kind, friendly, and lovely to work with 😊✌️ Thuan is absolutely amazing. She is an incredible teacher and cook, always gives you great recommendations, and she and her family make you feel like part of their family from the moment you arrive ❤️ I'm truly grateful for this experience, and I'm going to miss them so, so much! 🥹

My experience was fantastic. The host was friendly, understanding, and an amazing cook. She was supportive throughout the classes. I liked that she gave clear instructions about what was needed for different age groups while also giving me the freedom to teach in my own way. The kids were lovely and sweet. They always made sure foreign visitors felt welcome. The host's family and the locals were genuinely kind and welcoming. I got to experience the local culture and enjoyed every second of my stay!

This was my 18th exchange with Worldpackers. My time with the school was great! Everyone respected our personal time and had plenty of time to explore the area and get in touch with the local culture. I was fortunate enough to have done an exchange with 2 different the school schools both in which where unique and wonderful. It am grateful to be given the opportunity and look forward to another. Thuan was the best host one could wish for 🙏 She was very supportive and her family made me feel very welcome. The classes with the children were mainly conversation training, so it was easy to get in the flow of the classes. Also it was possible to adjust the schedule if needed. I am very thankful for my stay and hope to come back at some point 🥹💕

The kids were very cute and the host was very nice and welcoming, as well as the rest of the staff. The working hours per week ended up being not that many hours. It's a bit outside the city like a 45 min grab ride into where all the action is. I spent 2 weeks here and it was really nice. Near the beach and lots of restaurants near by to where you stay!

I had a great week at the school! I only wish I could have stayed longer. The project is fantastic and gives the children the tools they need to learn English. The sleeping arrangements were not suitable for me so I did opt to book in a guesthouse close by. I spent the week days in Da Nang teaching in the evenings and the weekend in the countryside. I was welcomed very warmly by Lyna and also the hosts father's house on the weekend. The kids were great and very eager to learn! I met some very brilliant and funny children. I loved supporting Lyna and I would go back in a heartbeat
