I had so much fun volunteering at the hostel! Right from day one, it felt less like a job and more like hanging out with one big family. The staff are honestly some of the funniest, kindest people you'll ever meet, there’s never a dull moment with them around. The work vibe is super low-stress, which gives you plenty of downtime to just chill, explore, and relax. I also enjoyed getting to know some of the amazing guests passing through. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to volunteer. I hated leaving my new friends, but can't wait to go back! 11/10 ⭐ :)

This hostel is a really special place built with a lot of passion and heart. The volunteering experience was more than fair, and I felt welcome from the very first day. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and always fun.
Adrian, the manager, is a genuinely great guy who really puts effort into making everyone feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
Another highlight are the turtles in the hostel and Luna, the sweet dog Adrian takes care of.
Overall, I can highly recommend this place — both for guests and for volunteers!

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel! Staff were friendly and I was able to talk a lot with them to practice my Spanish. Good breakfast and accommodations. I stayed in a private room at a separate location from the hostel but even the hostel dorms were clean and comfortable. Tasks were clear and hours were flexible to allow enough time to explore and do all the activities. Adrian was an amazing host and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Really nice & chill hostel. The host was friendly & accommodating. What is expected of you is not too taxing, a mix of chatting with guests in the morning (general chit-chat or planning things to do together), helping at breakfast & an additional help to the housekeeping staff when needed (a good opportunity to practice your Spanish with local staff). I was lucky enough to have a private room with ensuite, if you're a long term traveller you know this is gold! Plenty of free time to explore León & it's surrounding areas.
