We are looking for nomads who'd love to do the following while staying with us:
1. Replace lightbulbs, fixtures, and basic electrical accessories in rooms, common areas, and coworking zones as needed.
2. Paint walls, touch up scuffs, and refresh interior/exterior surfaces to maintain a clean, modern look.
3. Perform simple drilling, nailing, hanging shelves/artwork, assembling furniture, and minor fixture installations.
4. Identify and report small maintenance issues (leaks, loose handles, etc.) to help prevent bigger problems.
5. Assist with general upkeep during peak times: moving furniture, setting up event spaces, or supporting quick fixes for guest comfort.
Enjoy fully flexible hours – you set your own schedule to fit your digital nomad lifestyle and workflow as long as the following are fulfilled.
1. Follow local laws & regulations, you're responsible for your own safety.
