To fulfil this role, you must be an active digital nomad currently in or planning to be in Chiang Mai with professional experience creating engaging social content (portfolio/Reels/Instagram essential).
You have excellent eye for visuals, storytelling, and short-form video, strong English writing.
You are outgoing, proactive, and comfortable attending events & networking.
You have tools to perform the tasks (e.g., Canva, CapCut/InShot, and basic analytics).
1. Share daily life staying at Socialer as a digital nomad: post authentic Reels/Stories/photos of coworking sessions, community vibes, sunsets from the space, and real routines to showcase our welcoming environment.
2. Create insightful, value-packed posts for our target audience (digital nomads): highlight nearby restaurants, top cafes with strong WiFi, laundry services, co-working favorites, night markets, affordable eats, and practical travel tips.
3. Showcase local Thai culture: feature temples, festivals, street food, markets, Lanna traditions, and hidden cultural spots to blend nomad life with authentic Chiang Mai experiences.
4. Attend outside events and capture the local nomad scene: join meetups, workshops, networking nights, markets, and adventures—then create posts, Stories, and recaps to position Socialer as the heart of Chiang Mai's digital nomad community.
5. Plan and schedule content across social media platforms; engage with followers, and collaborate with the team on promotions for packages, camps, and stays.
6. Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations to grow our reach among global nomads.

2. Follow other house rules like taking off shoes on guest room floors, keep a low volume after 22:00, only eat & drink sugary drinks in the dining area, no smoking/vaping in door...etc. Be a good role model to other guests.
