Program Details
Our volunteer program is based on cultural exchange and mindful living. Volunteers usually help around the retreat for about 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Tasks may include welcoming guests, helping with social media and photography, gardening, light maintenance, and supporting creative activities like arts, music, yoga, and meditation sessions.
In exchange, we provide accommodation and simple South Indian vegetarian food. Volunteers can experience a peaceful lifestyle close to nature and take part in activities such as yoga, meditation, arts, music, silent awareness practices, and relaxation by the swimming pool.
This is a space for learning, creativity, and cultural exchange where people from different countries can share ideas, skills, and experiences while enjoying nature.
Activities & Shift
Volunteers help for about 4–5 hours a day in a friendly and relaxed environment. Daily activities may include welcoming guests, assisting with social media and photography, gardening, light cleaning and maintenance, and helping organize creative or wellness activities.
Volunteers can also participate in arts, yoga, meditation, music sessions, and silent awareness practices. During free time they can enjoy nature, relax by the swimming pool, explore the surrounding area, and experience local culture.
The focus is on teamwork, creativity, and cultural exchange while maintaining a peaceful retreat atmosphere.
Rules
We ask volunteers to respect the peaceful and mindful atmosphere of our retreat. Please be responsible, respectful, and cooperative with other volunteers, guests, and staff.
Keep the environment clean and take care of nature and shared spaces. We encourage a healthy lifestyle with respect for meditation, yoga, and silent awareness practices.
Simple South Indian vegetarian food is provided, so volunteers should be comfortable with vegetarian meals. Alcohol, drugs, and loud behavior are not allowed as this is a calm retreat space.
We welcome open-minded travelers who enjoy cultural exchange, creativity, arts, music, and living close to nature.
