We are always looking for English teachers and enthusiastic English-speaking volunteers to join our English Camp in Phú Quốc! We welcome native English speakers or highly proficient speakers, with or without formal teaching experience. You’ll work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, helping our teachers and engaging with children aged 5–12. We’re looking for people who are proactive, responsible, energetic and creative, and who are happy to come up with and lead sports, games, arts & crafts and other activities. Couples and friends are welcome to apply together!
We provide accommodation in our large, beautiful volunteer house (maximum 6 per room, usually 2–3), 2 meals on weekdays and basic groceries for cooking on weekend with daily buffet breakfast at 10:15 AM. Volunteers also have access to hotel amenities, including the pool, gym and free buggy service to/from the beach, plus bikes at half price. We always have at least 4 volunteers, so there’s a great international community to hang out with and explore the island. Teachers are especially encouraged to apply — please feel free to reach out!
We have a manager, a schedule, and clear expectations, but we're also on a tropical island, and that definitely shows! Life here is relaxed, the team is welcoming, and there's no one looking over your shoulder.
Your main point of contact will be our Volunteer Manager, who helps organize schedules, keeps everyone informed, and makes sure you know where you're needed.
