Contributing to renovations, garden projects & cultural work
The experience
We moved to the countryside to fully enjoy freedom, peace, and nature. 🌾
Chris is a carpenter 🔨 and loves working with wood, while Andrea is the organizer 📋 of our many ideas and projects. Together we are building a special place here step by step – with plenty of creativity, a connection to nature, and joy in working together.

✨ What you can help us with:
🏚️ Renovation of an old barn
We are working on renovating a historic barn and giving it new life. We welcome help with simple renovation and construction work.
🌱 Opening up garden & new land
We design new garden areas, care for our garden and work to make new land usable.
⛪ Preservation of a very old church building
A special project is very close to our hearts: we also take care of a historic church building and welcome support for its preservation.
💡 New ideas and projects are constantly arising with us, so it will never be boring!
🤝 Our exchange

• Flexible times, depending on weather and projects
• Relaxed and fair atmosphere
• Living in the middle of nature
Rules
We are calm people, we love sociability but not parties. Freedom is important to us and we want to offer it to our helpers as well. We also support ourselves as helpers and know that rules help avoid conflicts. Mutual respect, transparency and openness are, however, more important than any rule.
