I spent 3 weeks at the guest house G alongside Petr and a great team of volunteers. It was fun and very well managed. The property met my expectations: a very nice, remote place to rest and plan the rest of my journey. As for the work, I mainly did some cleaning of the public areas, cooking equipment and dishes, and occasionally some cooking. The team was good and it made it fun. Maybe it was the time of the year and some volunteers did cancel last minute but there were times when we were short staffed and put in more work than I was initially hoping for. Still, a very enjoyable experience :)

My experience was really beautiful. It is a wonderful place, away from the city, surrounded by nature and lots of animals that you can love. I really enjoyed the experience with the other volunteers, meeting Petr and his family, and getting to know people from all over the world who were staying there. I also really enjoyed cooking and sharing meals. Georgian people are very welcoming, and Georgia is such a green and magical place. I would definitely recommend this experience in the guest house Gardes to other travellers!

The presence of the nine cats and the people living there makes it even more special. My experience at the guest house was just perfect. Petr the owner, and his family live on the property and make this place feel like home. I volunteered with a small group of 4-5 volunteers, what gives an opportunity to really connect. The work is agreed upon and fair, you do cooking or cleaning or other tasks in the guesthouse. I truly had the best time at the guest house! Petr and his wife Varya were great hosts and made me feel at home instantly. The work mostly consisted of cleaning public areas and the kitchen, as well as helping with breakfast and dinner. Tasks for the day are agreed upon alltogether and preferences are respected. The guesthouse is surrounded by nature and you can see that lots of love went into creating a beautiful place. I would always come back again!!

The guest house is a perfect place for people who are tired of city noise and just want to return to roots. I spent a month there, meeting interesting people every day. Main tasks were cooking and cleaning, which was fun most of the time as we had the freedom of experimenting in the kitchen 😅 The place is very sustainable and green which made me feel relaxed and free 🍀

My experience in the guest house was one of the best experience in my all 2.5 years travel.Petr is very chill and he lets volunteers to decide about most of the things. atmosphere is very nice and chill, volunteers and guests are very nice usually there are 4-5 volunteers there. tasks are flexible. you get change to manage your time. i spent my 1 and half months there time went very fast. i've met with many international travelers, most of the guests are from Russia but they speak English as well. my main tasks were small fixing and repairing, cooking or kitchen hand, housekeeping THANKS Petr !

I feel so lucky to have experienced life at the guest house gardens! Petr is an absolute legend and is an amazing host, making sure you feel welcome and your concerns are attended to. I had an amazing time meeting new people and making impactful connections, and being surrounded by diverse nature and lots of cute animals. the guest house community is so lovely and I would highly recommend volunteering here, I hope to pass through again someday!

I stayed at Petr's place, the guest house for almost four weeks and I had such a great time here! I would really recommend other worldpackers to stay at Petrs place! If you like nature and hiking, or just relaxing in beautiful surroundings, doing yoga and make new friends, this place is perfect for you🤩 Petr is a very understandable host and easy to talk to if something is not as you wish. I have made memories for life at the guest house!! 10/10 experience

It was Idunn’s first volunteering experience with Worldpackers, and she did an amazing job. She is very responsible, completed all tasks on time, and paid great attention to detail. Her cooking skills are truly impressive — from soups to desserts, everything she prepared was loved by both guests and our team. Cleaning tasks were also always done perfectly. Beyond her skills, she is a warm, friendly, and easygoing person who quickly became part of our small community. I highly recommend Idunn!
