Program Details

Our volunteer program is built around cultural exchange. Volunteers assist with simple daily tasks around the property while enjoying the opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world.

In return for their help, volunteers stay in a friendly and relaxed environment where they can experience the local culture, connect with new people, and enjoy the surrounding area. We value respect, teamwork, and open communication to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

We are located in a peaceful, nature-filled setting, so it’s important that volunteers enjoy spending time outdoors and feel comfortable being on their own. At times, you may be the only Workawayer here, so being independent and able to enjoy quiet moments is essential.

Activities & Shift

help around 4–5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Tasks may include helping with cleaning and changing beds, keeping common areas clean and organized, basic gardening such as cutting grass, painting small areas when needed, and assisting with general maintenance.

The schedule is flexible and organized with the host depending on the needs of the property. We try to keep the work fair and balanced so volunteers still have plenty of free time to explore and relax.

Rules

Good communication is important, so if any problem appears we expect volunteers to talk with the host so we can solve it together. Respect for the property and a positive attitude are essential to keep a friendly environment for everyone.
