We're looking for a creative UGC Creator who lives the digital nomad life and loves turning everyday experiences into engaging content. You'll immerse yourself in Chiang Mai's nomad scene, sharing daily life at our coliving & coworking space while creating insightful posts that help fellow nomads discover the best spots and feel connected to our community.

We offer 2 types of collaboration, depending on your professional experience, quality of your work in the past, and your availability, detailed as below:
1. Full stay sponsorship (completely free accommodation) - you are an experienced/professional content creator with over 50k real subscribers in on account, or working professionally as a UGC creator, and you can produce 5 high-quality ready to use pieces per week.
2. Skill exchange customer (get 20-40% discount on your reservation) - you are not a content creator but you like sharing your life on social media, know how to edit posts & videos, and can deliver at least 2 pieces of work per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Create authentic, short-form promotional videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showcasing daily life at as a digital nomad or community member.
2. Film and edit engaging content highlighting key features: coworking setup, rooms, amenities, community events, Chiang Mai views, and local lifestyle perks.
3. Deliver 2–5 ready-to-post videos per week, including basic editing (cuts, text overlays, captions, music), and provide raw footage when requested.
4. Capture real guest experiences (with consent): interviews, day-in-the-life stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments that feel natural and relatable.
5. Incorporate trending audio, effects, transitions, and hooks to maximize reach and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
6. Collaborate with the team to align content with current marketing campaigns and brand voice.
1. Follow local laws & regulations, you're responsible for your own safety.
2. Follow other house rules like taking off shoes on guest room floors, keep a low volume after 22:00, only eat & drink sugary drinks in the dining area, no smoking/vaping in door...etc. Be a good role model to other guests.
3. We sign an exchange agreement with every volunteer.
