Program Details
Our volunteer program is designed as a cultural and experiential exchange within a nature-based glamping environment. Volunteers become part of our daily operations, contributing to guest experience, storytelling, and site upkeep.
The program runs on a flexible weekly schedule (approx. 4–5 hours/day, 5 days/week), allowing volunteers to balance contribution with exploration. In return, volunteers receive accommodation and the opportunity to experience sustainable tourism practices, community living, and slow travel.
This is not just a stay, but a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to maintaining a welcoming, low-impact, and respectful space for guests and nature.
Activities & Shift
Daily activities vary depending on occupancy, weather, and events, but generally include:
Guest interaction: welcoming, guiding, basic support
Housekeeping: light cleaning of tents and common areas
Site upkeep: organizing spaces, simple maintenance tasks
Content creation: photography, reels, social media storytelling
Setup support: preparing spaces for incoming guests
Shift structure:
1 shift per day (morning or afternoon), ~4–5 hours
Rotational tasks to keep things balanced
2 days off per week
Days are relaxed but require responsibility. If there are guests around, you're on energy, not invisible
