🌱🌍 Lead a Growing Eco Community Project
The experience
We’re looking for a long-term volunteer to take a leadership role in our homegrown food production—helping with planting schedules, composting, and making the most of our space as we grow into an Eco Positive Intentional Community (EPIC). Also open to high-energy volunteers (March–May) to help set up gardens and assist with maintenance. A great chance to co-create a sustainable future. 🌿✨

Program Details
In March & April/Oct& Nov, we are a small group of 2-4, setting up the space and the gardens. We usually make our own breakfasts and maintain our own practices and routines in the morning.
Meeting at 10.30 to start our 5h work shift at 10.45 am - 16.00 pm with a tea break, dinner is communal and we will eat at 16.00 before the sun goes down, so those who prefer to eat 3 x a day can help themselves in the evening.
These are the only periods where we can accept shorter-term volunteers.
Activities & Shift
During the RETREAT SEASON, May - Sep, we have a formal daily routine based around the Retreat Schedules, which we will tell you about during our application ptrocess.
Rules
Being self-responsible, punctual and easy to communicate with are essential for us.
We are here to practice being conscious in everything we do. This means paying attention to detail and staying positive and motivated to support each other, even when it hasn't stopped raining for days.
Equally, we practice compassion for ourselves and others, so being kind and patient is a virtue that we work on daily.
This is a plantbased protected space. It is never ok to bring meat, fish, alcohol, druos or factory-farmed dairy/non-free-range eggs here.
Single-use plastic is not ok here, or chemical and cruelty products, please check your labels. We can provide homemade exo and animal-friendly shampoo and soap.
