Activities & Shift
The night shift runs from 00:00 to 08:30 and is usually very calm. Volunteers mainly need to be present and available if guests need assistance (extra towels, first aid kit, small requests, etc.). Tasks also include making sure guests respect quiet hours and common areas. During the last part of the shift, volunteers help prepare the breakfast tables for the morning service. There is usually plenty of free time during the shift for reading, studying or remote work.
Rules
We are looking for responsible, respectful and trustworthy people with a calm attitude. Quiet hours must always be respected, especially during the night. Volunteers are expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and staff. Reliability and punctuality are very important for this position. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
