Life here is simple and balanced, a few hours of helping each day and plenty of time to enjoy the beach, explore the area, surf and experience the local lifestyle.
The daily tasks are flexible and depend on guest arrivals and check-ins. Some days are busier (when guests arrive or leave), while others are very relaxed.
There is no strict schedule or fixed working hours – we adapt to what’s happening in the house. Your help is mainly needed around check-ins, check-outs and making sure everything runs smoothly for guests.
We value a natural flow and open communication rather than a rigid timetable. As long as everything is taken care of, you’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy Sri Lanka.
