We are looking for three persons to join and help us on the magical island of Formentera. Couples and friends are welcomed.
We need people who takes pride in detailed, thorough cleaning and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Tasks include deep cleaning, laundry, and some light gardening. You will work in a small team and be part of our family, sharing the space and dalily life!
18 hours of help per week
Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.
Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Since 2023 we have a project called KidsConnection Formentera! We aim to offer summer houses where everything is tought to make families and children feel special and welcomed!
Also 1 year ago, we became parents of Amarú, our little daughter.
KidsConnection has 4 houses that are rented during the summer. We live nearby and you would stay in a private room but sharing our beautiful garden with us. Our place is surrounded by pine trees and near a beautiful beach in Mitjorn. It’s very important to us that you are respectful, tidy, careful with the space, and that you appreciate a simple lifestyle connected to nature and the sea with a cool family vibe. You would have your own private bathroom, internet connection, space for cooking and laundry access.
We are looking for helping hands with tasks such as:
🧼 Cleaning the houses before check in
👕 Washing, hanging, and folding laundry
🛠 A bit of gardening & watering plants
This is not basic cleaning — we are looking for people who genuinely can enjoy deep, detailed, and thorough cleaning, with high standards and a professional attitude. Preparing our homes for guests means caring for every detail and creating a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.
We don’t have check-ins/outs every day, so some days are more active, while others offer free time to enjoy the island and its beautiful natural surroundings
Our lifestyle is calm and simple — close to nature, the beach, music, and slow living. We’re looking for committed, responsible people who take pride in what they do and feel good in this kind of environment 🤗
