Program Details

Our project functions as a small, growing community, where decisions are made collaboratively and day-to-day life is organized according to the needs of the environment and the people. We share knowledge, resources, and responsibilities, always seeking a balance between work, learning and life together.

The objective is to regenerate the land through permaculture practices, integrating animals, crops and sustainable systems. The fruits of the work are distributed among those who are actively part of the project, fostering self-sufficiency and mutual support.

Activities & Shift

Activities vary by season, but include animal care (feeding, cleaning, maintenance of stables and chicken coops), garden work (sowing, irrigation, harvest), land maintenance and support in new areas of the project.

The day is organized in flexible shifts, usually in the morning, leaving free time in the afternoon. We seek a balanced rhythm that combines physical work, learning and rest.
