Program Details

The volunteer program focuses on conditioning the facilities to ensure the well-being of the animals and of the people who care for them daily. The work is carried out by and for them, with the aim of ensuring that all their needs and comforts are fully covered in a safe, spacious and natural environment.
The stay must be consistent with the sanctuary's anti-speciesist values, so animal-origin products or products tested on animals in food, hygiene, cosmetics or textiles are not allowed.

Activities & Shift

The working day is only in the morning hours: from 8:00 to 14:00, with a half-hour break.
Activities are planned daily or weekly according to the sanctuary's needs (maintenance, conditioning of enclosures, facilities, minor repairs, construction helper, etc.).

Rules

· No animal-origin products or products tested on animals are allowed.
· Coexistence will be established through community rules to ensure the well-being and comfort of the stay.
· It is not allowed to use, discard or sell material inside the sanctuary's facilities without prior permission or explicit request from the coordination.
· External animals are not admitted to the sanctuary, to avoid conflicts with vulnerable animals that live here.
· Under no circumstances are sexist, racist, homophobic or anti-LGBTIQ+ attitudes tolerated. This is an inclusive and safe place for anyone who offers their time and effort to help the animals, and their integrity and comfort will be protected during their stay.
