At EDYFU we support more than 190 children and adolescents across the two centers with school tutoring and level leveling. You will work alongside the center's teachers helping with homework, reading, writing, and mathematics. Activities and schedules
Volunteer work at EDYFU is organized around about 25 hours per week, distributed according to the center's needs and the profile of each volunteer. Schedules are flexible and adapt to the day's activities, which are usually carried out in two shifts: morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
That said, life in a social center does not always follow a strict schedule. Sometimes help is needed at unexpected moments, and we greatly value willingness and flexibility. We do not ask you to be available 24/7, but to contribute with genuine commitment during your stay.
Each volunteer contributes according to their skills and energy. The most important thing for us is to build true complicity with the team, so that your experience is as enriching as possible, both for you and for the children and families we accompany.
