My name is Gloria and I am a salsa teacher from Antigua. Besides giving salsa lessons, I also run a small guesthouse and I offer cooking classes on the rooftop of my house with beautiful views on the surrounding volcanoes. At Pangea we want to show travellers the true Guatemalan cuisine, while having a great time on my rooftop. The views are amazing and the food is even better! :)
I would like you to help me for 4 days a week (so you can also travel Guatemala a bit on my days off) for about 6 hours in order to help me grow the cooking classes. I need help with promoting the classes digitally and with "offline" partnerships here in Antigua. Also during the class you will help as a host and you will translate between the local chef and the guests.
Some examples of tasks:
- Create a google maps location with my cooking class
- Manage the instagram
- Create other sales channels such as Viator/GetYourGuide
- Make partnerships with local travel agencies
- Make flyers / posters to put in hostels/restaurants here in Antigua
- Manage communication with guests that are interested in doing the course
- Be a host during the cooking class. Translate between local chef and guest
- Make sure people have an awesome experience
