32 hours of help per week
Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

JAs a Social & Party Host, you'll be the heart of our hostel's social atmosphere. You'll help guests connect, organize activities, host events, and make sure everyone is having a great time.We want someone who takes initiative, starts conversations, and brings positive energy, even on quieter days.
Please note: All new volunteers will undergo a 3-day evaluation period. During this time, we'll assess your attitude, energy, communication skills, teamwork, reliability and ability to create the social experience we're known for. This helps ensure you're a great fit for the MyCapsule Family. If the role or expectations aren't the right match, we reserve the right to end the volunteer placement during or after the evaluation period.
Main Activities:
•Welcome guests and introduce them to other travelers.
•Organize games, social activities, and group gatherings.
•Host and participate in our weekly events, including quiz nights, bingo, beer pong, pub crawls, and boat parties.
•Encourage guests to join events and activities.
•Check on guest satisfaction and collect feedback.
•Help create a fun, friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
