The kitchen area of our colivng gets a lot of traffic. The average number of guests at any given time is ~8, however it can get as high as 16. Cooking for that many people is no small task. All guest take part in meal prep, however we need support with preparing meals. Because of our rural location, we do big shopping hauls twice, sometimes three times weekly. We need help organizing supplies. And of course, we need help with cleaning.

We typically have 1 or 2 volunteers at any given time. We have one for general cleaning and support but we have found that we need someone to focus their full volunteering efforts on the kitchen. We are looking for someone who has experience cooking, preferable for large groups, and someone who is dedicated to helping to coordinate our weekly grocery shopping lists based on the guests ingredients for the meals they plan to cook. Also, helping to keep the kitchen tidy.
You are expected to only work four hours per day, only on week days. However it is possible that we request that you swap a week day for a week-end day of work.
