Program Details
We are building a regenerative coffee farm in the southern region of Colombia, where coffee production goes beyond cultivation: it becomes a space for learning, experimentation, and community connection.
This project is designed for people interested in sustainable living, coffee science, permaculture, and hands-on work with nature. Our goal is to create a living laboratory where tradition, innovation, and ecological awareness come together.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in different processes, depending on the season and the projects underway. Some of the activities include:
-Cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processing of coffee
-Experimental processes and quality analysis of coffee
-Working with medicinal plants and native species
-Permaculture design and regenerative agricultural practices
-Bioconstruction and natural building techniques
-Support for community initiatives and knowledge exchange
We also encourage each volunteer to share their skills — whether in art, education, well-being, marketing, or other areas — to enrich the space and contribute to the local community.
This is not only a volunteer experience, but an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, learn deeply, and co-create a purpose-driven project based on sustainability and respect for the land.
We are looking for open-minded, proactive, and adaptable people who enjoy simple living, teamwork, and connecting with nature.
