We’re looking for friendly volunteers to prepare coffee, connect with guests, and create a great vibe. Enjoy a social atmosphere by the ocean and improve your surf skills. 5 hours of help per day
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.
