We want someone proactive, positive, and excited to help make our hostel feel alive every day.
You will support the daily bar operation by helping with drink service, keeping the bar area clean and organized, assisting with setup and restocking, and creating a fun and welcoming environment for guests. You may also help energize social moments, promote special offers, and support hostel events and activities. Shifts are 6 hours long and are scheduled within a time range between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., depending on operational needs.
We expect our volunteers to be respectful, responsible, punctual, and friendly with guests, staff, and other volunteers. Good communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are very important for this position. Volunteers must follow house rules, keep shared spaces tidy, respect schedules, and maintain professional behavior during their shifts.
