We are looking for a volunteer who can bring positive energy, warmth, good vibes, and great service to our daily operation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, connecting with travelers, and helping create a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere. Beyond serving food and drinks, we want someone who helps make guests feel comfortable, encourages interaction, and contributes to a lively environment that supports both guest satisfaction and food and beverage sales.
You will support the daily food and beverage service by welcoming guests, assisting with table service, explaining the menu when needed, serving food and drinks, keeping the restaurant area clean and organized, and helping us create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. You may also help communicate guest needs with the kitchen and bar team, support daily setup and closing tasks, and promote a smooth service experience. Shifts are 6 hours long and are scheduled within a time range between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., depending on operational needs.
We expect our volunteers to be respectful, responsible, punctual, and friendly with guests, staff, and other volunteers. Good communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential for this position. Volunteers must follow house rules, respect schedules, keep shared spaces tidy, and maintain professional behavior during their shifts.
