Program Details
We organize dynamic, scout-style camps for children and teens (ages 8–16), focused on outdoor living, personal growth, pushing beyond comfort zones, and developing ecological consciousness—all while having an incredible amount of fun.
As a volunteer, you’ll support a team of experienced instructors in delivering a wide range of activities, including climbing, mountain biking, football, hiking, camping, campfires, and multi-sport adventures. This is not just a “helper” role—you’ll be a valued member of the team, encouraged to bring your own ideas, lead activities, and help shape the camp experience.
You’ll be living in a beautiful chalet surrounded by nature, sharing rooms with same-gender team members. All meals are provided, and the team enjoys great perks like a sauna, access to bikes, and occasional use of a car. The nearest major city, Lausanne, is just about an hour away.
Activities & Shift
The days can be long and intense, but all the more rewarding. You'll have two completely free days per week. We're quite flexible concerning free time and will do anything to accomodate extra wishes.
An typical day looks as follows;
Mornings are sport blocks (climbing, mountainbiking, football or multisports), afternoons are outdoor blocks (ex. lake days, hikes, etc), and evenings can be various activities in or around the chalet (ex. diy/boardgame nights, karaoke, scavenger hunts). You'll be co-supervising the activities, and depending on your level of motivation and skills you're very welcome to bring in your own ideas, plan and execute, take on more responsibility as we go.
